M&A, Carve-Outs & Operating Platform Builds
Build institutional platforms from zero and integrate or separate them under transaction pressure — repeatedly, without disruption. IT Programme Lead for 4 carve-outs: €1.5bn, 1,630 FTEs migrated. All on time, on budget, zero business disruption. Three greenfield builds: Hudson Advisors (300 FTEs), Lapithus (190 FTEs, 6 countries), Canyon (12 locations, 36 months). Plug-and-play by design — each platform built for rapid acquisition integration.

Agentic AI & Automation
Design and deploy agentic AI and automation systems that eliminate manual work from complex business processes. Building AI agents for real estate workstreams: asset sourcing, web scraping, API data aggregation, automated database input, and preliminary asset analysis. Deployed ClickUp AI agents for research, sourcing, and structured data input. Delivered fully automated B2C transaction flows achieving 90%+ straight-through processing across 12 locations.

Enterprise Data Architecture & Single Source of Truth
Build data architectures that give organisations one version of the truth, in real time, without manual reconciliation. SQL-based SSOT platforms at Lone Star, Apollo, and Intriva. Reporting cycles reduced from weeks to days across three organisations. Zero qualified audit findings over 10+ years, multiple jurisdictions, Big 4 scrutiny. Hudson Advisors platform underpinned the first-ever Fitch rating for an NPL servicer in Germany.

Product & Platform Design
Design operating platforms from schema to frontend to workflow — as the person who understands the business well enough to know what needs to be built. From MasterDB (Hudson) to GAIN (Apollo) to full asset management system with data warehouse and Power BI layer (Lapithus). Customised Salesforce structures and workflows at Intriva. Designed UX flows and product specifications for automated B2C rental platform at Canyon.
